What’s the process in bringing Pat to your Event?
The Call
Give Pat a Call and:
Give him a high level overview of your event
Chat through your hopes, dreams and limitations
Put a “Soft Hold” on your dates as we continue to communicate the finer details
2. The Date
Secure your date on Pat’s Calendar:
Put your signature to your unique contract
Submit your 50% deposit to solidify your date in Pat’s Calendar
Schedule your pre-program interview and consultation
3. The Consultation
Schedule your one-on-one chat with Pat:
You, your team, your client and/or your mom will meet with Pat
We will use this Zoom to discuss your audience, your organization and your goals for your event
But mostly we’ll discuss how Pat can best be an extension of your team
4. The Plan
Prior to your event:
We will get you any additional materials you need to make Pat the easiest part of your event planning
We will also put together a plan for optimal tech, staging and room setup per your event
And we’ll work together to finalize any necessary travel, accommodations and logistics prior to arrival
5. All of the Awesomeness
On Site:
Pat arrives on site in time for a dedicated tech rehearsal, last minute discussions or pre-event appearances
Making sure he’s able to help where he can to make the day go smoothly
He jumps on stage, entertains the heck out of everyone and makes you look GREAT!
